Picture quality was poor. It was pale and there was a lack of sharpness. Dealing with the company to return the set was worse. It was returned the next day at our expense ($26). Our refund was $17l.49, which was $99.28 less than the price we paid. Company policy stated that there would be a $50 restocking fee (unacceptable policy), but what was the additional $49.28 for? The company has yet to respond to our query. In essence, for the service of having a picture-poor TV delivered to us and kept for one day, we lost $125.28 (almost half) of the original price of $270.77! Do not buy this set or deal with this company under any circumstances.

Haier HL15E 15-Inch Lcd TV
Returned this TV.. Picture quality was worse than POOR, no matter what we did we could not correct it. The picture looked like something out of a "Grade B" horror movie...strange haunted look to every channel...unwatchable...would not recommend Does not deserve one "star"
